  • Fallin’ All Over Ourselves…

As you can see from our long, long Weekly Specials Page, we have a LOT of stuff on sale… including fall decorating favorites like straw bales, pumpkins, and corn stalks. We are packed with pansies, dianthus and snapdragons, bulging with bulbs, and hundreds of house plants are in the house! Fall is for planting perennials, shrubs, and trees and they are ALL on sale.

We also received a huge shipment of New Mexico grown cactus, including spineless prickly pear - come take a fresh look at our Xeric section on your next visit!

So what's the opposite of cactus? How about CITRUS! Huge selection:

What else can you do with a pumpkin? Have some fun! Turn it into a planter!

There's a high possibility of frost tonight. Be SURE you have your house plants inside and take protective measures such as straw and protective covers for plants you need to protect in the ground.

Our Big Fall Event happens next Saturday, October 23rd, beginning at 4:00 PM. Tune in to KKOB 770 on Friday the 22nd - special guest appearances by Richard Hobson and Gene Corbin, our favorite local live music talent who will be performing at the event. Food trucks, too, so join us for dinner!

We’re not only going to judge the winners of the TJ’s long running pumpkin GROWING contest, we are also having a pumpkin CARVING contest (adults and kids categories). Plan on bringing your carved pumpkins to the event! We have sold a lot of pumpkins and look forward to seeing their creepy smiles, and we gave away well over 100 packs of pumpkin seeds, so we are expecting a lot of entrants in the “biggest pumpkin” weigh-in!

And be sure you visit with the folks and critters from Rebel Paw Rescue!

As always, we appreciate your continued patronage and look forward to seeing you again soon!
